This page explains the information you may choose to send through Wave Yard WNC forms and how that information is used.
INFORMATION YOU SUBMIT
What the forms collect.
The Contact form asks for your name, email address, message and the topic of your inquiry. The Local Partners form may also collect a business name, contact name, website or booking page, business category, partnership interests and information about how the business fits a Taylor’s Wave visit. The Gear Storage and river-update forms collect an email address, the interests or updates you select and any note you choose to include.
The Gear Swap form collects the listing type, item, category, price or budget, condition, description, general meet-up area, the contact method you approve for the public listing, and your email address for review.
HOW IT IS USED
Responding and managing interests.
Wave Yard uses voluntarily submitted information to respond to questions, corrections and accessibility information; review partnership inquiries and Gear Swap submissions; and manage the storage, rental, product or river-update interests you select. Submitted email addresses are not sold.
For an approved Gear Swap listing, Wave Yard may publish the item information, general meet-up area and the contact method you specifically entered for publication. Your review email is not published unless you also choose it as the public contact method. Do not submit a home address or other information you do not want reviewed.
